Order and Pay

We all know that ordering online is easy. Simply select your product, and if applicable, please select color, size or quantity. Once you've confirmed, click "Continue to Checkout". If we don't have the colors, sizes or styles you want in stock, please contact us at iPetdecor@gmail.com. We accept all major credit cards and use secure servers powered by Shopify, or you can use another payment method by contacting us.

Order Cancellation and Amendment

When you buy in our store, more than anything else, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you change your mind about your purchase, please email us at iPetdecor@gmail.com with your order number and any amendments you need to make required. After we confirm, we will process your order request for you.
Please note that your order is only eligible to be canceled and amended within 2 hours. After this time, the order will be locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.

Product Replacement and Refund

The package has had no received or exceeded our ETA in more than 3 weeks, if there is no problem with the shipping address, you will receive a free replacement promptly. If the color/ size/ style of the product you selected is not satisfactory and the buyer needs to replace it, the buyer needs to bear the corresponding shipping cost. Therefore, we kindly implore you to choose the product you are satisfied with it before purchasing.
If the product is lost or damaged, please contact us. We will first identify the problem and provide you with a more suitable solution.
If the item you received does not match the product in your order confirmation email, you can choose to apply for a return and resend the one that you want, or apply for a refund after returning the product.
If there is any problem with the product you received, please kindly contact us at any time. Please note that after applying for a return, please provide us with the product return form/ shipping bill/ SMS/ message, etc., otherwise we will not be able to process your return.
If you are not satisfied with the color/ size/ style of the product you have selected, in this case, as long as you complete the return form and return the item to us in salable condition within 30 days of receipt, we will provide you a refund. Please note that we are temporarily unable to issue refunds until we have received the returned item, we kindly ask for your understanding.

Return Shipping

1. When you are not satisfied with the color/ size/ style of the product you choose, ask for a replacement or refund, and the buyer needs to bear the corresponding shipping costs.
2. After you receive the goods, you no longer want the product. If you ask for a replacement or refund because of non-commodity quality problems, the buyer needs to bear the corresponding shipping costs. Based on these returns that are not caused by product quality problems, the buyer should bear the freight. Therefore, we once kindly implore you to choose the product you are satisfied with it before purchasing.
