All items offered by iPetdecor Store are made to order, which means that we will process your order once you have placed the order and paid for it. We will choose the faster channel and do our best to make sure your package arrives as soon as possible.

  • Logistics Timeliness
Your parcel will be sent from China and we will choose a faster international courier channel to deliver your parcel, which is expected to take 10-15 days or more. It may take extra time if the package needs to go through customs procedures, or if the package is not processed in time during weekends and other holidays.
Since the delivery time of the parcel is controlled by the carrier, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the resulting delivery delay and kindly implore you to be patient for a while, if you have any questions, please contact us.

When your parcel has a tracking number, we will send you the logistics tracking information of your parcel in time, so you can track your parcel all the way. If you try to track your parcel and there is no available information, it just means that the carrier has not processed your parcel yet.
